Clear starting guidance

Every service is different. The intake should not feel difficult.

Location, document type, recipient count, personal-service instructions, witness fees, timing and page count can all affect the final quote. Start with what you have; confirm what the system finds.

Document-first intake

Your documents are the fastest way to an accurate quote.

Begin with a documents link, if you have one, or your matter details. ProFenz identifies likely matter details, page count and service requirements for your confirmation—without silently making legal or operational assumptions.

Tell us about your documents.

Share a link to where your documents already are, or continue without one if you need to discuss a special situation first.

Paste a link to your documents (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

ProFenz does not receive or store documents through this form. A link stays under your own control until the protected document-transfer system is ready — at that point, the service desk will confirm the appropriate secure way to send the documents themselves.
