This notice explains the current public website experience and will be updated before additional account, document-storage, payment, or automated processing capabilities are activated.
This is an operational draft for legal review. It describes the current website and does not authorize live payment processing or production storage of legal documents.
We may receive your name, contact information, service location, matter details, communications, and other information you choose to send when requesting a quote, contacting ProFenz, or later creating an account. Please provide only information you are authorized to share.
On the current public prototype, choosing files in the quote experience does not upload them to ProFenz; the selected files remain on your device. The site will clearly notify you before any future protected upload begins. Do not send confidential legal documents by ordinary email unless ProFenz has specifically instructed you to use that method.
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs. The current public pages do not intentionally use information for targeted advertising.
Information may be shared with providers that support hosting, communications, security, payment processing when activated, and fulfillment of an authorized service request. Process-service information may be provided to the assigned fulfillment company or server as needed to perform the requested work. ProFenz does not sell personal information for money.
ProFenz is developing configurable retention controls. Specific retention periods are not yet approved. Information will be kept only as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal, accounting, dispute, or recordkeeping purpose for which it is held, subject to applicable preservation obligations.
ProFenz is designing tenant-scoped access controls, protected document storage, integrity records, and authorization-gated retrieval for production services. No website or electronic transmission can be promised to be risk-free, so security statements apply only to controls actually activated for the relevant service.
