Effective August 12, 2026
Terms of use.
These terms govern the current ProFenz public website and pre-launch request experience. Service-specific terms and an approved quote will control an accepted process-service order.
Pre-launch termsThis is an operational draft for legal review. It does not activate production payment, document-storage, or automated legal-service functionality.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about ProFenz, check potential service coverage, request information, and begin a quote. You must use the site lawfully, provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, and submit only documents and information you are authorized to provide.
No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
ProFenz is a litigation-support and process-service technology platform, not a law firm. Website information, document organization, workflow prompts, and automated assistance are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. You remain responsible for legal strategy, filing requirements, deadlines, document completeness, and instructions from the issuing court or your attorney.
Quotes and service requests
A website submission is a request for review, not acceptance of an assignment. Pricing, availability, recipients, address, timing, document type, page count, witness fees, special instructions, and other requirements may need confirmation. An order begins only after ProFenz or an authorized fulfillment provider accepts the request under the applicable service terms.
Document review and automated assistance
ProFenz may help identify and organize information from documents, but extracted or suggested information must be reviewed and confirmed by an authorized person. ProFenz does not guarantee that an uploaded package contains every document or fact needed for a case, filing, or legal objective.
Accounts and access
When accounts become available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not access another person’s or organization’s information, test security controls without written authorization, or interfere with the site or service.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or information you lack authority to provide.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, identity, or service instructions.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use ProFenz to harass, threaten, evade lawful restrictions, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
Website availability and third-party resources
The public website and developing capabilities may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable. Links to courts, government resources, communications providers, or other third parties are provided for convenience; their content and services are controlled by those third parties.
Intellectual property
The ProFenz name, branding, website design, software, text, and original materials are owned by ProFenz or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain rights you have in documents and information you are authorized to submit.
Questions
Questions about these terms may be sent to info@profenz.com. Additional order, payment, cancellation, guarantee, and dispute terms will be presented for review before live transactions are accepted.
